Walking helped me lost inches on my waist. Try to walk fast for more than 20 minutes 5 times a week. And of course eat healthy and drink water.

I have an eating disorder and I rarely ever eat breakfast....and I when I do I feel really sick. So what should I eat for breakfast that won't make me feel sick so that I can still lose the extra few pounds?
