15 is actually a bad idea because if your bed is super comfy you would want to stay in it longer, at least for me

These are really good tips!! I already follow some of them. The only thing that I cannot do is the "sex with your partner" because I don't have a boyfriend lol

Some of these things you can't do when you already have to wake up at 5:45 and be out the door at 6:45 lol

I disagree with #15 because that's just another excuse to not wanna get up in the morning

I think stretching while in bed also help. It make me more alert and awake.

Turning ten months old in two weeks. How exciting. Feels like yesterday I was holding my little newborn. Before I know it he will turn one. Wow. Precious little moments 😊

For 4 months now I've been a morning person! I set my alarm 15 minutes before the time I have to get up and after every 5 minutes my alarm is ringing so I won't go to sleep again also I get into bed in like 10 o'clock so I wake up at 6 and I clean my room the night before so when I wake up I only have the bed to make! Since I've been waking up early I'm happier and more positive. You need to try it

Do you have any links to where you can buy cool alarm clocks? Therese are great tips btw
